How the tool works
Enter a phone number with country and area codes, optionally write a message, and customize the printable card title. The tool builds the wa.me link and generates its QR Code locally.
Supported input and output
Phone numbers are normalized to 8 through 15 digits in international format. The optional message is encoded once as a URL query value. QR images and cards are available in PNG or SVG.
Practical example
A Brazilian business can enter 55, its area code, and phone number, then add a greeting so customers who scan the card arrive at a conversation with that message ready to review.
Common use cases
Use the result on counters, flyers, business cards, packaging, signs, event material, service menus, and digital campaigns.
Limits and important checks
The tool does not confirm that the number has a WhatsApp account. Number ownership, availability, app behavior, and message delivery are controlled by WhatsApp and the user device. Test the final link and printed code.
Privacy and local processing
Unless the tool explicitly identifies an external lookup, input and generated output are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to CosmoTools. Avoid placing secrets in any web page and review downloaded results before using them in production.
Frequently asked questions
Which number format should I use?
Enter the country code, area code, and phone number without a leading zero. Visual spaces, parentheses, plus signs, and hyphens are removed.
Can I include a ready-to-send message?
You can pre-fill a message, but the visitor still reviews and sends it from WhatsApp.
Is the phone number uploaded?
No. The wa.me link, QR Code, and printable card are generated locally in your browser.
